Stefan Burk, CEO and founder of Burk Consulting Group, launched the company in Germany in 2003 and expanded globally in 2012 with Deepak Kohli. Operating across three countries with colleagues in six nations, the firm serves a worldwide customer base. Stefan’s philosophy prioritizes both employees and clients, fostering sustainable improvements through global expertise and local insight.
With dual diplomas in mechanical engineering and business administration, he combines technical mastery and business acumen. Over 40 years, his career spans programming in Basic, Pascal, and Fortran to advanced integration with Oracle, Java, webMethods, and JBoss, driving digital transformation worldwide.
Deepak Kohli is the CEO of Burk Consulting GmbH, bringing over 25 years of global leadership experience in ERP, CRM, and digital transformation. He has successfully led large-scale technology programs across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, combining strategic vision, technical expertise, and agile delivery to drive measurable business outcomes.
A certified PRINCE2 Agile®️ and TOGAF®️ Practitioner, and experienced Scrum Master, Deepak excels in enterprise delivery, solution and integration architecture, and data governance. His leadership reflects Burk Consulting’s core philosophy – bridging global expertise with local insight to enable sustainable digital transformation.
